1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aa45pp," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the gaming platform operating under PAGCOR License No. 2019-RGL-XXXX, accessible at aa45pp.cam and related subdomains.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the website, or uses aa45pp services in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon registration, through which all gaming activities, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products offered by aa45pp, including but not limited to casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games), bingo, sports betting, and any future additions to the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and any other promotional incentives provided by aa45pp.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which aa45pp operates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with aa45pp. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. aa45pp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

aa45pp services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing aa45pp from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. aa45pp does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and other FATF high-risk jurisdictions as updated from time to time.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each Player may maintain only one (1) active account with aa45pp. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances. aa45pp employs sophisticated fraud detection systems including IP tracking, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis to identify multi-accounting violations.

2.4 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. 3. Account Security and Responsible Use

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. aa45pp support staff will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to be authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and communications made using your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify aa45pp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. aa45pp will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorized activity. However, you remain liable for any losses incurred prior to your notification to aa45pp.

3.3 Account Verification

aa45pp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aa45pp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and other methods as displayed on the deposit page. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed, with associated funds forfeited to cover administrative costs.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the deposit page prior to transaction confirmation. Deposits are typically credited to your aa45pp account balance within seconds for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours. aa45pp does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

4.3 Deposit Disputes

If you believe a deposit has been debited from your payment account but not credited to your aa45pp account, you must notify aa45pp support within forty-eight (48) hours, providing transaction reference numbers and proof of payment. aa45pp will investigate and resolve the matter within five (5) business days. Disputes filed after forty-eight (48) hours may not be eligible for investigation.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policies

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed account verification and met all applicable wagering requirements. You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited and will be rejected.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour during peak hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Philippine Time), bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and manual review, extending processing time by up to five (5) business days.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Bronze/Silver ₱100,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per month; Gold/Platinum ₱250,000 per transaction and ₱2,000,000 per month; Diamond/Royal Black Diamond ₱500,000 per transaction with no monthly limit. Higher limits may be negotiated with your VIP account manager.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

aa45pp does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own fees, which are beyond aa45pp's control. Currency conversion fees may apply if you withdraw in a currency other than Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Withdrawing funds without meeting this minimum wagering requirement may result in a 10% administrative fee. aa45pp reserves the right to reject withdrawals and request additional documentation if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered at aa45pp's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and time limits. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Players who have made at least one qualifying deposit using their own funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) as specified in the bonus terms. Wagering requirements indicate the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, live dealer games 10%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

aa45pp prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk opposite betting in roulette), and any other activity that aa45pp determines in its sole discretion to be an attempt to gain unfair advantage. Bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and potential account closure.

6.4 Bonus Cancellation

aa45pp reserves the right to cancel any bonus and forfeit associated winnings if bonus terms are violated, if bonus abuse is suspected, or if aa45pp determines in its sole discretion that a bonus was issued in error. Players may voluntarily forfeit unclaimed bonuses at any time through account settings.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games (slots, table games, video poker) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by eCOGRA and iTech Labs to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of software malfunction, network disruption, or game error that affects bet outcomes, aa45pp reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Players are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity; aa45pp is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the Player's end.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

aa45pp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling addiction. We provide tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and reality checks to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked, you will not receive promotional communications, and you will not be able to deposit or wager. 8.3 Underage Gaming

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on aa45pp.cam, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of aa45pp or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any aa45pp content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aa45pp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of aa45pp services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. aa45pp's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding aa45pp services, you must first contact support via email or live chat, providing a detailed description of the issue and relevant documentation. aa45pp will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to aa45pp's Compliance Department at [email protected].

11.2 PAGCOR Escalation

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of aa45pp services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

12. Amendments to Terms

aa45pp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and prominent notice on the website. Continued use of aa45pp services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. aa45pp will process closure requests within seven (7) business days. All pending withdrawals must be completed before closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

13.2 Termination by aa45pp

aa45pp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if aa45pp determines in its sole discretion that continued provision of services would be unlawful or inadvisable. Upon termination, all bonuses and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
